In his book Mr. Nefiodow introduced the theory of long waves as a new method to predict future economic and societal development and forecasted that human health in a holistic sense (physical, mental, psychic, social, ecological, spiritual) will be the driving force of the world market in the period 2000-2050. The countries, regions, companies and individuals, that adjust best to the requirements of the new long business cycle will be the winners in the 21st century.
